Frequently Asked Questions
How long do lash extensions last?
With proper care, lash extensions typically last 4–6 weeks, with natural shedding. We recommend infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.
Can I wear mascara or eyeliner with my extensions?
We don’t recommend it — mascara and oily liners can weaken the adhesive and shorten retention.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when applied correctly! Our artists isolate each lash individually and use safe, professional-grade adhesives to ensure the health of your natural lashes.
Can I get my lashes wet?
Yes — you can wash your lashes right away and you can wash your lashes daily. In fact, keeping them clean helps retention and prevents build-up or irritation.
I’m a first-time client — which style should I book?
Book a Full Set Consultation or reach out to our team. We’ll help you choose the perfect look, from natural and wispy to full and dramatic.
Is there anything I should do or avoid before my appointment?
Come with clean lashes and AVOID CAFFEINE!
How long does brow lamination last?
Results last 6–8 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and aftercare routine.
Can I tint or wax my brows at the same time?
Yes! We can customize your appointment to include shaping, tinting, or both for the best results.
How do I care for my brows after lamination?
Avoid water, steam, and makeup on the brows for the first 24 hours. Keep them conditioned daily with a nourishing brow serum or oil.
Is there anything I should do or avoid before my brow appointment?
Don’t pluck brows for at least 2 weeks and AVOID RETINOL for at least a week!
How long does brow permanent makeup last?
Typically 1–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
Does permanent makeup hurt?
We apply medical-grade numbing cream to minimize discomfort. Most clients describe it as mild pressure or scratching.
What’s the healing process like?
Expect light scabbing and some fading within the first 7–10 days. Your color will soften and settle after about 4 weeks. A touch-up is recommended 6–8 weeks later for the best results.
Am I a good candidate for permanent makeup?
We’ll review your health history and skin type during consultation. PMU is not recommended during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or for clients with certain medical conditions.
How long do lip blush or eyeliner tattoos last?
Lip blush typically lasts 2–3 years, while eyeliner can last up to 5 years, depending on your lifestyle and skincare routine.
Is there downtime?
You may experience mild swelling or tenderness for 1–3 days. Avoid makeup, excessive moisture, and sun exposure during the initial healing phase
Can I wear makeup after PMU?
Avoid applying makeup directly over the treated area for 7–10 days to prevent infection and ensure even healing.
How often should I get a facial?
Every 4–6 weeks is ideal for maintaining skin health, though this depends on your skin goals and type.
I have sensitive skin — can I still get a facial?
Absolutely! We tailor each treatment using Dermalogica professional-grade products to match your skin’s unique needs.
What should I do before my facial?
Arrive with clean skin, avoid exfoliating for 24 hours, and inform your esthetician of any recent peels, retinol use, or medications.
How white will my teeth get?
Most clients see 2–8 shades lighter after one session. Results vary based on enamel type, lifestyle, and diet.
Is it safe?
Yes — we use cosmetic-grade hydrogen peroxide gel and LED light technology that’s gentle and enamel-safe.
How long do results last?
Results can last 3–6 months depending on your habits (coffee, wine, smoking, etc.). Maintenance sessions can extend results.
Will my teeth be sensitive afterward?
Some mild sensitivity can occur but usually fades within 24 hours. We recommend avoiding hot or cold drinks right after treatment.
